TMA - Talent Motivation Analysis is an analysis instrument used in the field of talent management. It is designed to identify your natural strengths, motivations and competences, which you can use to improve your performance, present yourself more effectively and subsequently increase your job satisfaction.
The TMA assessment consists of a series of questions that analyses your talents in different areas such as communication, problem-solving, decision-making and ambition & challenge. It also analyses your work-related drives, such as achievement, recognition and autonomy.
The results of the TMA assessment are presented in a comprehensive report that provides insight into your talents and motivation levels, as well as recommendations for development and career planning. The report is typically used by IT engineers to identify areas for improvement and create development plans that leverage their strengths and motivations. Either working from your talents and getting even better at it.

Program
🌱 After registration, we first schedule an introductory meeting. In it, we will explore and make specific what your goals and expectations are from this program.
🌱 You will receive a questionnaire incl. accompanying email with guidelines for completion. It will take you about 45-60 minutes to complete this questionnaire;
🌱 You will also receive a comprehensive report incl. reading guide to help you read through the report before our feedback session;
🌱 We will schedule a 90-minute feedback session where I will provide additional clarification on the report and you will gain an even deeper understanding of how you can start using your talents
🌱 After you've let everything sink in, we'll have another return call 3 weeks after our feedback call for any questions and uncertainties.
